The secluded yet accessible location of Headlam Hall makes it an excellent conference venue. There are five well appointed meeting rooms, all benefiting from tasteful décor and natural lighting. We specialise in meetings and training courses for between six and forty delegates but can accommodate larger conferences of up to one hundred and fifty theatre style in the spacious and elegant Edwardian Suite.

All rooms have up to date equipment including overhead projector, screen, flipchart and direct dial telephone / modem point, with television and video available upon request. All other conference and presentation equipment along with a range of secretarial services can be arranged at additional cost.

The Edwardian Suite - Main function hall for up to 150 theatre style or 50 at tables. Approx. 60ft x 30ft. Built in p.a./sound system. Air-conditioned.

The Gallery - First floor meeting room up to 50 theatre style or 26 at tables, approx. 3Oft x 20ft. Air-conditioned.

The Coach Room - Oak panelled meeting room for up to 40 theatre style or 18 at tables. Approx. 25ft x 15ft.

The Drawing Room - Elegant Georgian room for up to 40 theatre style or 26 at tables, Approx. 35ft x 15ft.

The Director's room - Stylish and very private meeting room for up to 10 delegates boardroom layout. 16 ft by 11ft. Air-conditioned.

The surrounding farmland offers ample space for a wide range of corporate activities and the photogenic qualities of the Hall and its gardens make it an excellent venue for a product launch or brochure shoot. We can offer an exclusive tailor-made service to meet your every need and requirement.
