The use of fresh and locally sourced produce including fruits, herbs and vegetables from our own gardens is at the core of our food philosophy. The team of dedicated chefs produce tasty and individual dishes that reflect the best of modern British and Continental cuisine. Awards include an AA rosette, Taste Durham Local Champion, Taste Durham Highest Quality Assured and an Enjoy England Breakfast Award.
