The treatment is carried out on a treatment couch and you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks. It finished with a soothing foot massage.

Thermal Auricular Therapy - Hopi Ear Candling

A gentle, relaxing and natural holistic therapy that cleanses and harmonises creating a pleasant feeling of warmth. Balances pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses, the candle, once lit, creates a light suction action and gentle vibration. The Hopi Ear Candles are made using traditional methods and ingredients of organic linen, beeswax and essential oils.

This soothing treatment softens ear wax and can reduce many symptoms caused by stress and tension. It is popular with frequent flyers as it regulates pressure in the ears. The treatment includes two Hopi Ear Candles and finishes with a soothing pressure point massage.
