Headlam Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Course is a privately owned business that has been under the same ownership since Headlam Hall was converted into a hotel in 1978. The business has expanded significantly in the last 15 years and has seen the addition of golf in 2003 and the spa in 2006. The directors recognise that the most important element of a successful hotel is its employees and having a team of conscientious and dedicated people with a passion for the industry is paramount in providing the best experience for our guests. Applicants please note - Headlam Hall is a rural hotel that is located a mile from the nearest bus route. Unfortunately, we have very limited staff accommodation in the village.

Sous Chef

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with our Head Chef and to assume responsibility in his absence. Applicants must have a passion for creative cooking to the highest standard using fresh local produce. Ideally experience working in an AA rosette kitchen (or equivalent) is required.

The position would be 45 hours a week over 5 days offering a very good remuneration package as well as other perks.
