We only hold one wedding reception a day

The minimum number for a reception in the Edwardian Suite are:
Friday and Saturday: 80 adult guests,
Sunday to Thursday: 60 adult guests.

The minimum charges for a reception held in the Edwardian Suite are:
Food: £32.50 per person
Drinks Package: £13.50 per person
Total minimum spend per person: £46.00
NB. All guests must be catered for in the evening. Numbers for an evening reception cannot be more than 50% greater than the number attending the day reception, for example, when 80 guests attend a day reception the max. number for the evening party is 120. the maximum number of guests allowed is 150. All guests must be by invitation and adhere to a formal dress code.
All prices are for the current year and are increased on an annual basis.

Edwardian Suite - exclusive use for the afternoon and evening including the provision of our in-house sound and light system with resident DJ, plus use of the adjacent Coach Room Bar up to the permitted time.

Friday and Saturday: £600
Sunday to Thursday: £400

Drawing Room - exclusive use for the afternoon and evening: £275
*NB. Music for dancing is not permitted in this room. Max number of diners 40.

Package One: a glass of Pimms or Bucks Fizz, 2 glasses of red or white wine, a glass of sparkling wine - £13.50pp
Package Two: a glass of Pimms or Bellini, 2 glasses of red or white wine, a glass of Italian sparkling rose - £15.50pp
Package Three: a glass of Pimms or Bellini, 2 glasses of red or white wine, a glass of Champagne - £16.50pp
We do not offer corkage and consumption of alcohol purchased off the premises of Headlam Hall is not permitted.

A complimentary deluxe four poster bedroom is available for the Bride and Groom following a reception attended by 40 guests or more.

A maximum of 15 bedrooms are offered to wedding reception guests at a 10% discount on the night of the event.
