Duties will include meeting and greeting customers, hands-on service, organising rotas, training and development of junior staff, stock control, ensuring smooth efficient and friendly service in the restaurant and private dining rooms. This position will also cover duty management for the hotel.
Applicants must have good previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar style of operation, excellent customer care skills with the personality to assume the role of the host, the ability to organise and direct a team and communicate effectively and work harmoniously with other departments.
The position will be around 45 hours a week over 5 days and regular evenings/weekends as this is the busiest time. We are offering a competitive salary plus additional benefits.
