Snow-ball Christmas Party Nights

Taking place on 5th, 6th, 12th & 13th December

Celebrate the festive season with friends and colleagues in the fabulous Coach House Ballroom. These party nights include:

A seasonal three-course meal

Dancing to our in-house disco

Minimum party size: 4 people

Dress: Christmas glad-rags!

Arrive from 7pm, dinner served 7.45pm, dancing until midnight.

Tickets: £45 per person

Accommodation Special Offer - stay the night of the party at a very special rate of £140 per couple sharing a Coach House room with English breakfast.

Christmas Afternoon Tea & Carols

Join is in the Coach House Ballroom on 11th or 18th December at 3pm for a festive afternoon tea followed by a carol singing performance by a local choir.

Tickets: £35 per person

Groups of less than 6 people will be on shared tables.

NB. Please call (01325) 730238 to book. This event can not be booked online like our normal afternoon teas.

Festive Lunches

Available to book Monday to Saturday during December. Enjoy a seasonal lunch amidst the festive atmosphere of Headlam Hall. Private dining rooms available (minimum numbers apply).

Two courses: £33.50 per person

Three-courses: £38.50 per person

Christmas Advent Stay

A festive pre-Christmas getaway to enjoy the seasonal atmosphere of this charming Jacobean country house. Available Monday to Thursday, 1st - 23rd December for one or more nights. This great value package includes:

Mulled wine & mince pies by the fire on arrival
A three-course seasonal a la carte dinner
Accommodation in a Main Hall, Mews or Spa bedroom
Full English breakfast
Use of the spa facilities*

£115 per person per night based on two sharing a Coach House Room

£135 per person per night based on two sharing a Main Hall, Mews or Spa Room

For single occupancy add £50 to above rates.

New Year's Eve Ball

Celebrate the New Year in style at our annual spectacular ball! We have tables for 2-8 people in the Main Hall or 2-16 people in the Coach House Ballroom. To include....

  • Champagne reception at 7pm
  • A delicious six-course meal with fillet steak main course (vegetarian option available)
  • Table magician in the Main Hall
  • Band in the Coach House Ballroom playing sets during and after the meal along with a disco
  • Swing singer in the Main Hall lounge after dinner
  • Fireworks to see in the New Year

Dress: Black Tie

Carriages: by 2am

Tickets: £140 per person

New Year's Day Lunch

To include...

  • Champagne reception
  • Three-course lunch with tea/coffee
  • Pianist playing in the lounge
