Room Types
All of our rooms and suites are tastefully decorated to provide comfortable and relaxing accommodation.
Premier Suites
There are two Premier Suites;
The Lord Gainford Suite (photographed) - located on the 1st floor of the Main Hall with stunning views over the gardens from its six windows. There is a four-poster bed and an elegant sitting room with ample seating and a feature fireplace. The spacious bathroom has a traditional slipper bath and separate walk-in shower. Approx. 45m².
The Virginia Suite - located in the spa building this light and airy suite enjoys fabulous views over the golf course and countryside. The sitting room has a sofa bed (suitable for children under 16) and the bathroom offers twin wash basins, shower over bath and separate WC. Approx. size: 40m².
Junior Suites
Located in either the Main Hall (photographed) or the Spa, these suites have a separate sitting room with sofa bed (suitable for children under 16) and bathrooms have shower over bath. Typical size: 35m². We allow one smaller dog to stay in the Main Hall Junior Suite.
Main Hall Deluxe
Located on either the 1st or 2nd floor of the 17th century Main Hall with attractive views, these rooms offer calm, elegant décor combined with period features and some antique furnishings. The stylish bathrooms feature a large bath and seperate walk-in shower. Typical size: 30m2. We allow one small dog to stay in some of these rooms.
Main Hall Rooms
Located on either the 1st or 2nd floor of the 17th century Main Hall with attractive views, these rooms offer calm, elegant décor combined with period features and some antique furnishings. The stylish bathrooms have either shower over bath or large shower only. Typical size: 26m². We allow one small dog to stay in some of these rooms.
Spa Balcony Rooms
Located on the 1st floor of the Spa building above the spa facilities which can be accessed directly by a lift. These rooms have light and airy decor with the added bonus of a private south facing balcony with table and chairs commanding superb views. Bathrooms offer a shower over bath. Typical size: 26m2.
Spa Rooms
These light and airy rooms are located directly above the spa facilities and they enjoy lovely views over the gardens and golf course. The bathrooms have shower over bath. Typical size: 26m². We allow one small dog to stay in some of these rooms.
Mews Rooms
These ground floor rooms are set back along the driveway in this pretty stone building and have private parking immediately outside the room. They have a stylish eclectic feel with wool fabrics and wood effect floors. The bathrooms have either shower over bath or a large walk-in shower only. These rooms can be booked as a pair (double and twin) as there is a private and secure lobby between the two rooms making them ideal family units. Typical size: 24m². We allow up to two dogs to stay in these rooms.
Coach House Rooms
Located across the courtyard from the Main Hall this was originally the stables and barns for the old Hall before being tastefully converted to provide lower cost 'cottage style' accommodation. These rooms are on either the ground floor or 1st floor and have clean, fresh décor with wool fabrics and compact bathrooms with showers over bath. Typical size: 16m².
The Hideaway
A ground floor self-catering apartment for up to 2 adults that is located just across the driveway from the Main Hall, tucked away out of sight. It has a spacious open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with a loft relaxation area. The bedroom has a superking double bed and a compact but stylish bathroom with shower only. The interior design is fun and quirky with pop art paintings and an impressive 'home cinema' TV system. Outside it has a private garden with sitting area and hot tub. Approx. 80m2. We allow up to two dogs in this apartment.
