10 December 2021

Please note that we are operating some covid-secure measures in line with Government guidance.

In line with the Government's 'Plan B' covid regulations it is now a requirement to wear a face covering whilst moving around the indoor public areas of a hotel. This includes passageways, reception, lounges and toilets.

Face coverings are not required in bars and restaurants, however, our service team will be wearing face coverings when serving food to tables.

We ask all guests to continue to observe social distancing with regards to other guests not in the same group/party.

Bedrooms will continue to be subject to an extra layer of cleaning to sanitise touch-points.

The Spa

To avoid any crowding and to maintain a relaxing environment we are limiting the numbers in the wet area and gym. Hotel residents will need to book spa time in advance by contacting the spa reception. We are offering a full range of spa therapy but face masks are required for treatments when practical.

The Brasserie is open indoors & outdoors from 9.30am (9am weekends) until 4.30pm serving hot & cold drinks, sandwiches, scones, cakes, etc. with a brunch menu on weekends from 9am-11am. Guests preferring a cooked lunch menu can book a table in the Orangery or Library Bar in the Hall where the vibe is relaxed and informal (dogs welcome in the Library Bar).

Thank you.

The Headlam Team.
