Afternoon Tea
The historic country house setting of Headlam Hall in the beautiful rolling countryside of lower Teesdale in County Durham, makes it the perfect spot for enjoying the Great British tradition of afternoon tea.
Our afternoon tea is served in the traditional manner and includes a selection of dainty sandwiches, pastries and teas. We can also offer variations to suit dietary requirements on request. Please note that all afternoon teas must be booked in advance. Unfortunately we can not accommodate walk-ins on the day.
Monday to Saturday we serve afternoon tea from 2pm until 4pm in either the Main Hall Lounge, Library Bar or Stable Lounge.
We can accommodate parties of up to 8 people for afternoon tea. Larger parties of up to 30 people can be accommodated in the Stable Lounge or Drawing Room and up to 70 people in the Coach House Ballroom subject to availability - please call to discuss your requirements with us.
